Jocelyn was the first skiing lady in the team. Relaxed and easy, that’s how she deals with the slopes. Not really looking for the great thrills, but wants to conquer the slopes in a good technical manner. Some say she has an ‘old-school’ skiing technique, she rather sees it as stylish. She started skiing when she was 10 years old.
Once she tried snowboarding, but after a week she decided that skiing suites her better. Since then she has never tried a board again and our guess is it won't happen ever again either.Jocelyn is a good intermediate piste skier. She is on the slopes as often as she can and preferably in Austria. She really enjoys the après ski, because that’s the moment "to reflect with your friends on the skiing day"! Not every reviewer of the team would describe his après-ski that way, but Jocelyn's description is certainly the most decent one. Not surprisingly.
Very important are the looks of the ski too. You can tell from her face if the test ski starts with a bonus point or not. Luckily she is conscious enough to acknowledge it and a remark will certainly come back in her ski review. Where most of our testers look for limits, Jocelyn happily stays within as long as the ski is for intermediates and higher level. Typical women skis are often on the edge for her. A topmodel there or a unisex ski fits her skiing preference usually best.
