Advanced+ level all-mountain boarder
Alex's rating of this snowboard:
Considering his boarders profile:
"Which board has the highest limits on every terrain? Push and enjoy it to the max everywhere. Adrenaline comes from sharp long carves till blinding amounts of fresh snow in the woods. All-mountain snowboards should be able to handle it all."
My favourite all-mountain snowboards:
1. Nitro Pantera
2. Amplid UNW8
3. Capita Supernova

Versatile, good intermediate board
The Flow WhiteOut is a well balanced all-mountain snowboard. No extremes for those boarders that are at least intermediate level and aren't looking for the a constant thrill from the board. The WhiteOut makes your life on the mountain easy and comfortable. And especially in all snow conditions on pistes it shows quality. Not super fast, but at lower speed it is stable enough. In softer snow the edge grip is fine, on firmer icy slopes it has more trouble to hold edge grip when you push it all the way ful power. Once you leave the piste, the Flow WhiteOut is still better on terrain with a bottom. In deep powder you'll run into the limits of float. Overall performance is well balanced for intermediate till advanced boarders. A 3 star board for me.
Forgiving for better boarders
What I like about the Flow WhiteOut is that if you take it easy, it performs well. Make your short carve turns and the camber pays back. And when the slopes get bumpier, the WhiteOut has enough flex not to punish you on a small mistake. Together the comfy ride is made. For me good on tracked terrain and bumpy roads where it forgives, not extreme enough on slick groomers and deep powder. Advanced boarders and up who like to be challenged and feel no limits will not have enough with this board. But if you are less of an expert or honest to yourself that a 70% energy ride is also nice, then the White Out is a good allround board for you.
