Advanced level piste skier

Considering his skiers profile:
Playful and versatile slalom ski
The Salomon X-Kart Max is a playful and versatile slalom ski for on piste skiing with good grip on the edges. This slalom ski is agile, easy to handle and has great looks. Absolutely fine ski for skiers who prefer medium speed and make short slalom turns up till midlong carves.
For a wide range of skiers
The X-Kart Max is a relaxed and supple slalom ski on which you can also make good sliding turns. All on regular speed. For high speed, this ski is too agile and flexible. Therefore, the X-Kart Max is way more accessible for a big range of intermediate skiers. And for those it fits perfectly as for extremer speed this Salomon ski lacks the power of a real slalom ski. In my opinion a top slalom ski needs that power or pop to speed up and ski aggressively.
Salomon about the X-Kart Max
"A rockered, playful, high-performance slalom ski. With the X-Kart Max, feel the power, edge grip and quickness of a slalom ski, but with carve rocker and a semi-twin tail for increased turn and terrain options", says Salomon. In my opinion this slalom ski is much easier to ski than the real slalom skis. So, I agree with playful and versatile. For me, this slalom ski has good grip on the edges, but lacks the extreme power for a real aggressive slalom downhill.
