"The ultimate giant slalom ski has a very high stability, is heavy and stiff enough to cut through snow bumps at the and of the day. You always know where this ski goes: straight down until you give it a new direction!"

Great GS front rocker

The Atomic Redster D2 3.0 GS giant slalom ski is a good stable one. It will gather speed very fast. The new technology makes it even more stable against the ski of last season, the D2 GS without the 3.0 binding system. The rocker system makes your turns very comfortable as long as you stay in the right position. And this is where the new binding helps you by lifting the heel a bit. The edge grip is really good, but also sliding at the end of a turn isn't a problem. Changing from edge to edge is smooth and natural. Because of the heaviness of the ski and the will to go straight, bumpy slopes aren't any problem. The Atomic Redster D2 3.0 GS ski will cut through it.

Nice big racer

I think the Atomic Redster D2 3.0 GS is one of my favorite GS skis. The aspect I like most in these giant slalom skis is the heaviness and the stability. That makes this ski also very good for all conditions on the prepared slopes. If you have the right position above your ski it is not even hard to make short turns either. I tested the Redster D2 3.0 GS ski at 184cm and could still handle it without extreme power. Perfect for skiing long, strong lines on all my favorite slopes!

Atomic about the Redster D2 3.0 GS

"Our premium race ski for long, fast turns and precise steering on hard pack. We’ve packed all our World Cup race experience, and now our revolutionary RAMP Tech, into the all-new Atomic Redster Doubledeck 3.0 GS ski. RAMP Tech actively manages your body position to keep you perfectly centralized over your skis through every stage of the turn. While our next-generation Doubledeck 3.0 technology delivers advanced shock absorption, killer acceleration and easier turn initiation. We’ve also incorporated a Tapered Sidewall to support acceleration, as well as a Race Rocker with a slight early rise and a pronounced camber for strong edge grip without unwanted edge-catching, making hard pack turns quick, precise and easy to execute. The ultimate ski for performing big, fast turns on the piste.", says Atomic. It just came all together in one ski. The perfect ski for all day long racing on piste for me.
