Reviewer Craig

"Powder bump runs with numerous face shots, creamy untracked pow turns, and even huge carve turns on empty groomed runs at the beginning of the day are my favorite. I am not a high speed skier."

The top sheet graphics for 2018-19 Nordica Enforcer 110 are slightly different, but a familiar Enforcer motif. Carving characteristics are excellent for this width. Damping is very good, providing a stable ride at speed, and in variable conditions. It has a large sweet spot, and a forgiving nature. This Enforcer 110 compares favorably to the DPS Wailer 106 Foundation, also in a 185cm length, and a top pick in this approximate width (please see my separate review). Length is ideal based on my profile, for both of these skis. Taking a closer look at these two top rated skis for 2018-19:

Nordica Enforcer 110

2200g flat weight @ 185cm
Titanal, balsa, poplar, beech
18.5m turn radius @ 185 cm
140-110-129mm sidecut

DPS Wailer 106 Foundation

2050g flat weight @ 185cm
18m turn radius @ 185cm
142-106-125mm sidecut

This Enforcer is very good in soft bumps, with even flex, very good damping, and quick edge change. The feel of this ski is very similar to the Enforcer 100, which is also very good in bumps.

Excellent in soft conditions, but I was unable to test in deep powder. For my profile, Vail Colorado conditions, and my two, or three ski quiver, this width is a bit narrow to qualify as my powder ski, and is better suited for those looking for a wide one ski quiver, in a soft snow region.

Who is this ski for?

- Top pick for a narrower freeride-powder ski
- Great one ski quiver for soft snow regions

Nordica about the Enforcer 110

"Designed to cater to soft snow, the Enforcer 110 is as powerful as it is playful. To keep the ski’s weight in check while maximizing fun, it pairs a balsa wood core with carbon and two sheets of metal. This design also enhances response and dampens vibrations for an especially smooth ride. And to blast through crud and offer additional floatation, the Enforcer 110 sports a high rise tip and tail rocker. For all mountain performance tailored to soft snow, choose the Enforcer 110.", says Nordica.
