Advanced all-mountain skier
Jocelyn's rating of this ski:
Considering her skiers profile:
"I like my ski to be comfortable and handling bumps and loose snow without effort. I don't go off-piste more than on the side of groomers. A typical all conditions on the piste skier with comfort and style as priorities."
My favourite all-mountain skis:
1. Armada TSTw
2. Head Total Joy
3. Nordica NRGy 90
To all my reviews
Easy turning and comfort
Nordica launched the NRGy series as their new all-mountain ski. The NRGy 90 is a perfect all-mountain ski for me. It is an easy turner in all conditions. It is very stable, and Nordica added some playfulness to the ski as well. And that’s exactly what I like. So if your skiing day is usually a day where you want to deal with all the circumstances (doing some off-piste, playing with bumps, but some carving too) you definitely should try the Nordica NRGy 90.
My wish for next year: better looks!
My biggest issue with the Nordica NRGy 90 is it’s looks. And to me that’s very important. I really loved to ski on these Nordica’s, and I guess that a lot of women will enjoy these skis as well. But you know women, we find the look of the ski important, and I wouldn’t have picked this one based upon its looks.
Nevertheless, I know better now, this a ski which seduces you with its performance on the slopes. So ladies you are looking for a playfull, easy turning, and stable all-mountain ski, just try the Nordica NRGy 90. And let’s hope that Nordica will come for season 2015/2016 with a new look.
Nordica about the NRGy 90
"The NRGy 90 is the most modern and versatile all mountain ski on the slopes. With a lightweight i-core Ti with torsion bridge construction and all-mountain camROCK, it excels on hardpack groomers, bumps, crud, trees, or pow. This 90mm waisted ski will give you confidence and performance, while a tapered tail means you can carve, steer or schmear wherever you want. ", says Nordica. A true performer in any condition!
