Ski review Salomon Enduro XT 850
Relaxed all-mountain ski
The XT 850 is the widest of the Salomon Enduro series with an average width of 83mm underfoot. Although the XT should be the Enduro's most sportive version, I found it a little bit idle. But much better than the Enduro XT 800 though. Also in appearance the XT 850 is more appealing.

The Salomon XT 850 makes for a very relaxed and comfortable ride. But for my style of skiing I would have wanted a little bit more agressiveness and playfulness. While testing it seemed to me like I didn't get the energy back that I put into the ski. Like some of my efforts were just lost somewhere. And I don't like that at all. Compared to the Atomic Nomad Blackeye Ti, which is in the same category, the Enduro XT 850 is a dull ski.

80% piste - 20% off-piste
Relaxed and comfortable
Not playful enough
This ski is made for...
The intermediate to advanced skier who wants to ski comfortably in all conditions on-piste. Do not expect a big thrill from this ski or any frivolity. Therefore this ski is much too serious.
